Withdraw from contract

Use this form to send a withdrawal statement for your Accrue subscription. EU consumers normally have 14 days from concluding the initial subscription contract. Your statutory rights, including any longer period required by law, are preserved.

To stop future renewals while keeping access for the paid period, use Manage subscription in your dashboard. Withdrawal is a separate request concerning the contract and any statutory repayment rights.

You do not need to sign in or give a reason. On confirmation, we record your statement and send an acknowledgement as a downloadable text file. Your contact email is used to follow up.

You can also send an unequivocal withdrawal statement to accrue4u@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify the subscription. This form is not mandatory. See our terms and privacy policy.
